Christa Biegler is an integrative dietitian, podcast host and breath work facilitator that uses nutrition + nervous system interventions to inform immune resilience. She uses a unique breath work technique that combines multiple modalities to help you feel electric and find clarity for big decisions.

She prioritizes intentional resets with good food, fun and fellowship after experiencing their own professional burnout and are self-proclaimed event planners in their social circles.
