I know it's still early in the year, but, there are some of us who still feel the effects of burnout from last year's 4th quarter!

Burnout doesn't happen in just a snap - it's a pile-up of issues and concerns that we tend to dismiss or ignore up until we reach the breaking point. In fact, there's supposed to be 12 stages of burnout that you go through.

Burnout was coined in the 70s to describe an extreme state of exhaustion. It's that feeling of "meh" with when you've gone past the physical and mental limits of your body.

So, if you're feeling a wee bit out of sorts and feel that you're well on your way to possible worrisome stages of burnout, take a pause, catch your breath and have a listen to these  Less Stressed Life Podcast's episodes I have compiled.

Oh, but, before you head on and have a listen to these episodes, you may want to take this quiz to see if you're approaching one of the three stages of BURNOUT!

These  Top 5 episodes on burnout are here to help you equip yourself holistically once you catch yourself heading towards a meltdown.  Here is a round-up and I sincerely hope they help you manage stress easily.
