PSA: If you need help with inflammatory symptoms, skin rashes, gut issues or food sensitivities
In this bonus episode, I’m sharing a behind-the-scenes updates on how we’ve shifted the way we help people inside the Less Stressed Life over the last several years. I talk about how Momentum was created to help people get faster results in a more accessible and streamlined way, why we now offer both one-on-one and group options, and why enrollment is temporarily closing next week while I focus on a new project!

TRANSCRIPT:
[00:00:00] Christa Biegler, RD: I'm your host, Christa Biegler, and I'm going to guess we have at least one thing in common, that we're both in pursuit of a less stressed life. On this show, I'll be interviewing experts and sharing clinical pearls from my years of practice to support high-performing, health-savvy women in pursuit of abundance and a less stressed life.
One of my beliefs is that we always have options for getting the results we want, so let's see what's out there together.
Hello, and happy May-cember, as I heard it called the other day, because May comes with all of the busyness of December with graduations and all kinds of activities for end of school year. I wanted to put in this little public service announcement FYI because I've had a number of people reaching out looking for support.
So I wanted to really clear the air or announce how we've shifted how we're helping people and what's coming in the near future and why it's really important. Also, as a side note, it is ... We are coming into the ninth year of the Less Stress Life podcast, which is bonkers and incredible and wow, thank you so much for being here.
So I could not do this if you were not here with me, so I appreciate you so much. So I love a good behind the scenes. Maybe you picked up on that a couple of weeks ago. We did a little behind the scenes. For the last decade, we've supported clients with a wide variety of inflammatory issues, but especially food sensitivities, eczema, and gut issues, in addition to hormone issues or just about any weird symptom you can think of.
One of my toxic traits is getting bored after getting good at something, so I do have to find ways to make things more interesting or more like a game to reignite my passion and excitement for things. Really learning helps with that a lot. But what we're doing, what we help people with can be heavy at times, right?
People dealing with health struggles are not always happy, right? They're not always in the best mood. Though I have been blessed 100% with the best clients more often than not, and honestly, if anything I often see myself so much in our clients and so I'm very grateful for all the clients that have taught me so much over this last decade.
A couple of years ago, I asked myself a couple of new questions to create a new level. I usually redo things every few years. And the questions I asked myself was ... The questions I asked were, how can we help people get faster results, and how can we make it less expensive? Now, I don't know if anyone really ever asked that second question.
It's a hard question to answer actually, and that's why I skimmed back and peeled back some things. I thought, "Could we actually get results without, doing $1,000 worth of testing?" And the answer was yes. We found out that yes, we absolutely could. It was really like a first-in experiment.
Can we actually make this happen and make it work? And I would just be remiss to not say that it used to be that people would come from their doctor's offices ... And actually I have a such a relatable story about this with my kid and I ... My husband wanted me to take him in for something, and it was it was just such a good reminder of why we have a job.
I was like, "Oh, okay, cool. Thank you for no options." So I understand, and no shade to anybody, but it's just yeah there's always options and what I was given there at that appointment was not a lot of options. Anyway, another story for another day. But what I would say is to answer this question, long story short, we did master this.
We did answer these questions really well. And so we found that we didn't have to require testing, we didn't have to require as much one-on-one or any one-on-one to get incredible results because we were really generous in how we streamlined and delivered, et cetera, and how we helped people get great results.
So what we found was that our average client predictably, we hadn't really tracked this for every client so diligently, but luckily having two different practitioners with different skillsets, so thankful to Jen who I've worked with for over seven years, it's probably eight plus at this point. What we found was that our average client predictably got 50% or better results in just a few months from their total symptom score.
Now why not 100, right? It just takes longer. There's more involved with that last 50% or last 30% or last 20%. Basically, the simple way to talk about it is that if you've had symptoms for five years or less, you'll typically heal faster, and someone that's had symptoms for 5 or 10 years or more will take a little bit longer which makes sense, and there's a whole lot of nuance to that.
It's why I named this version of how we work with people Momentum, because you can get fast results pretty quickly when you start supporting things in the right order and you do it effectively and you skip things that you don't need and you do it really synergistically. Anyway, that's a whole different story, and I have a whole training on that.
But we've really mastered this, and here's the quick and dirty version just so you know. Our main thing is that when you support the systems in the body to work optimally to restore the function, you clear symptoms. So you just support systems to resolve systems, but we do it especially through the lens of gut, skin, and food sensitivities.
If you do things too fast, too in the wrong order, et cetera, usually you'll get, make for example, skin stuff worse before it gets better, and we try not to really have that happen. We've mastered that. So why I'm giving you this quick PSA is that one of the changes we've made recently is instead of having just one way to enter into Momentum, there are two ways.
So there is a one-on-one track, so it includes a monthly one-on-one, and then there is a group track, and that includes two very intimate group calls per month to help you implement the steps in Momentum for your specific condition, symptoms, et cetera. Both are wonderful. It's an incredible value. It's honestly- It's so inexpensive and it gives you all of our best stuff.
I'm telling you this as a PSA because if you want these results this summer, if you wanna improve gut issues, skin issues, food sensitivities, or any kind of inflammatory symptoms, I am going to close the doors to Momentum next week because having them open is a little bit of a distraction from a project that I've been wanting to work on for six years, and I've finally given, ripped the tape off and Band-Aid off and given myself permission to do it.
So I just want you to know that is available to you right now. You can actually go to the website and join Momentum directly, or you can watch a training if you want more of a deep dive on case studies and different results and the exact four steps that we've created to specifically help people get these results, which no one else is doing these steps.
They include things like relapse prevention and prioritizing so you're not starting in the wrong place, et cetera. If you decide on the one-on-one track, which is required for any testing or interpretation, there's also a form at the bottom of the page on the website, so it's just kristabigler.com/momentum.
So just letting you know that. So what I am focusing on next, here's what I can tell you about it. So you, over the last many months, probably a year ago I did a podcast on my first health crisis, which I'll try to find that episode and link it in the description, and then my second health crisis was really crashing my stress hormones, and I did do a podcast on that within the last handful of months.
But the problem is that these stress hormones, they impact absolutely everything. They affect relapse, and what I find is people will forever fall through the cracks around this trying to go to their doctor. There's just very poor testing and we just don't have good systems for it. We... And I think I'm not satisfied with people feeling not very good and not very resilient because the tools are not readily available to help with this, and this has been bugging me for a very long time.
I've been really passionate about it since right after I went through this between 2017, 2018, 2019, and now it's 2026 and I just know so much more. My goal for the next decad- the last decade I've really helped with all these inflammatory issues. My goal for the next decade is really to pay it forward.
It's really to help as many people heal themselves as possible and make it as accessible as possible and really pay forward everything I've gained from everything I've gathered and gained from working with people. It's also to really evolve and to fill in the gaps that I see really cause physical symptoms.
So that's what I'll say about this for now. I am just overflowing and bursting with excitement around it, and so quick PSA, that's what I needed to tell you. Thank you so much for being here, for listening to the Less Stress Life podcast, and I can't wait to see what we do in the future together.
