So today, I’m going to talk about making your own Kombucha. If you’ve been around very long, you might know that I love gut health and Probiotics. Probiotics is important because they are good bacteria that you take in. So, when you take antibiotic, you kill all the bacteria in your gut. So, you want to repopulating your gut with good bacteria. Your gut is the main portion of your immune system and you want to nourish it all the time.
