I want IBS, migraines, fibro or my auto-immune issue to stop dictating my life: a simple test to help reduce the symptom-causing inflammation

Do you know that every time you have an irritation, an aggravation, a symptom, it's usually been brewing for a while before flaring up?

How do I get rid of symptoms like joint pain, brain fog, migraines, and digestive issues and the underlying causes of IBS, fibromyalgia, auto-immune conditions?

Keep reading, there is a solution!

If you’re dealing with stubborn issues that you can’t seem to get rid of no matter what you try, you might consider testing for food and chemical sensitivities.

Sensitivities are a type of inflammatory reaction that is DIFFERENT from food allergies and most providers and doctors are unaware of the difference.

If sensitivities are the cause, medications will typically only mask the symptoms. The symptoms will return or even worse by the hidden inflammation caused by sensitivity reactions.

Sometimes medications will even lead to other side effects or issues.

If food sensitivities are the cause of your issue, you could easily end up suffering many years and spending thousands of dollars on treatments that don’t get to the root of the issue. Unfortunately, this is the experience of many Americans with a misdiagnosis or are unaware that food sensitivities could be at the mouth of how they feel.

Is food making you sick?

Millions of Americans suffer from food sensitivities, but because figuring out the reactive foods are so elusive, they keep suffering.

It’s tricky. Remember, because food sensitivities and allergies are different and diagnosed differently, clients are usually never referred to someone with expertise on food sensitivities simply because providers don’t always know they exist and they don’t know the differences between food intolerances, allergies, and sensitivities.

Common issues that are a result of food and chemical sensitivities?

·         Irritable bowel syndrome

·         Acid reflux

·         Migraine and other headaches

·         Weight imbalances

·         Fibromyalgia

·         Chronic fatigue

·         Skin eruptions

·         Brain fog

Why it’s difficult to figure out food sensitivities on your own:

  •  Food sensitivities can be delayed hours or days after you eat a food. So even if you suspect food sensitivities, would you be able to identify today’s headache as something you ate yesterday or the day before? Sometimes it takes that long for the inflammation to fully manifest as a symptom.
  • Food sensitivities are related to “dose”. This meals a small amount of a reactive food may not cause symptoms but a larger amount does. Or possibly the combination of a few moderately reactive foods will give you symptoms.
  •  Reactive foods VARY WIDELY from person to person, even if they have the same symptoms. So if avoiding coffee has been beneficial for my eczema breakout, that very well may not be the cause for your skin eruption. Even foods that are NATURALLY anti-inflammatory, can be inflammatory for a specific person.
  •  There are usually MANY reactive foods and chemicals, not just one or two. (sad face).

Fortunately, some sensitivities can be reversed.

When our body is under stress, inflammation acts like a fire that causes symptoms. Now you can find EXACTLY what is causing the fire with a simple blood test called MRT & put it out instead of adding logs to the fire.

MRT is a simple but powerful blood test that no other sensitivity blood test provides.

It measures the amount of inflammatory response to foods and food-chemicals, which tells you not only which foods to avoid for a temporary, black and white elimination diet, but also tells you which foods are your BEST foods because they have the lowest level of reactivity. MRT stands for Mediator Response Testing and measures the quantifiable mediated response to 4 types of food hypersensitivities (as an example, traditional food allergy testing measures for only one type for food hypersensitivity. This video from my mentor Susan, explains the difference. And this animation shows how the blood test works.

The MRT test is coupled with an expert in translating the results and helping you implement a step by step plan to putting out the fire – a certified LEAP therapist.

As if it wasn’t complicated enough, we’ll throw another acronym at you!  LEAP stands for Lifestyle Eating and Performance. It’s a protocol designed to be the fastest method to reduce symptoms using the information from the MRT test.

This combo is the secret sauce to eliminating your symptoms. A CLT, or certified LEAP therapist (ME!) will give clinical direction and ultimate support beyond the blood test. The blood test is the beginning. I help you with interpretation and helping you achieve maximum benefits in the shortest time possible.

Whew! Are you ready to stop feeling like crap? If you’ve been dealing with these issues a while, you might have more bad days than good and you don’t even remember what it feels like to feel good.

I want you to stop feeling miserable and eat to feel your best.

Even those without the classical conditions in the chart above can benefit from testing. LEAP + MRT can give you insight and awareness about your body that isn’t really available elsewhere.

Even world-class athletes have used LEAP protocols to perform at their best levels, by reducing underlying inflammation.

LEAP + MRT is available anywhere you are in the United States. I will arrange for a blood draw at your nearest facility and we can interpret and follow up over the phone or video call.

If you’re ready to find out if LEAP + MRT is the solution for you, please send me an email at [email protected] or schedule a call.

Because this is a new service, consult calls for MRT are complimentary with the code NEWLEAP for a limited time. After April 15, the coupon code will expire and consult calls will return to regular price, similar to that of a co-pay for an office visit.
